Gamechangers (GCs): A card is a GC if it appears on ANY current public list at build time from:
1) EDHREC Top Cards / high-prevalence staples
2) EDHREC Top 100 Salt
3) Well-maintained cEDH staple aggregations (e.g., current Moxfield/cEDH staples lists)

## BRACKETS
- Bracket 2: 0 Gamechangers; exactly 3 tutors. No infinite combos unless you ask.
- Bracket 3: Up to 3 Gamechangers; 3 tutors by default (can raise only if you ask). Infinite combos allowed only if requested.

## BUILD RULES
- Mana profile balancing:
  - If the deck is mana-heavy (expensive curve, mana sinks, X-spells, repeated activations), increase ramp density above baseline and favor MDFC spell-lands that help cast big spells while functioning as lands when needed.
  - If the deck is mana-light (low curve, cheap commander, strong draw), trim ramp below baseline and shift slots into interaction/draw/threats.
- Modal value: MDFCs/adventures/battles are optional—use only when they add clear, in-color value; prefer MDFC spell-lands when the deck needs lots of mana.
- Planeswalker: include at most one if it meaningfully advances the plan and doesn’t break bracket constraints (optional).
- Tutors: Exactly three total (budget, color-appropriate).
- Commander protection: required (boots/greaves, auras, blink, hexproof/indestructible tricks, recursion) and keeo 1-3 cards if more is not specified.
- Category baselines (adjust to deck needs):
  - Ramp: baseline 8–12 (prefer 2-mana ramp).
    • Mana-heavy: typically 10–14.
    • Mana-light: can go 6–10.
  - Card draw/advantage: baseline 8–12 (mix repeatable + burst).
    • Raise if commander doesn’t draw or plan spends cards quickly; lower if commander provides steady advantage.
  - Interaction: 8–12 total, including 2–3 wipes and targeted answers across key types.

- Lands: 32–38 with solid fixing. Count MDFC lands as lands.
  - Start at 36; adjust −1 land per two extra cheap ramp pieces (min 32) or +1 land if curve is heavy (avg cmc > 3.2).
- Win lines: Use the requested number of WINCONS (default 2–3). Make each line explicit (combat tall/wide, tokens, drain, extra combats, value snowball, etc.).
- Combos: Off by default; add only on request.

## THEME DENSITY CHECK
If a tribe/theme is requested, make it FEEL like that deck:
- High share of on-tribe creatures (use changelings sparingly as glue).
- 6–10 real payoffs/enablers for the theme.
- Sanity pass: curve, colored pips, protection, and board control make sense.
