Key enablers would be artifacts like Basalt Monolith or Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy-style effects that can be exploited by Zirda's cost reduction. The deck's win condition will be funneling that infinite mana into a damage-dealing outlet with an activated ability, such as Walking Ballista, Staff of Domination, or Valakut Invoker. The rest of the deck should consist of tutors, protection, and cards that help find the combo pieces.

Option 2: Token Army Overwhelm. The goal is to leverage Zirda's cost reduction to create a massive army of creature tokens at an accelerated rate. The deck should be built around permanents with activated abilities that create tokens, such as Heliod, Sun-Crowned, Oketra's Monument, Mobilization, and Sacred Mesa. The win condition is to overwhelm opponents with combat damage from this wide board, supported by cards that can pump the entire team.

Option 3: Sunforger Control Toolbox. This strategy revolves around the artifact Sunforger. With Zirda, Sunforger's equip and unequip costs become trivial, allowing you to repeatedly access a toolbox of powerful, low-cost red and white instants. The deck should contain a versatile package of instants for removal, protection, and card draw that can be tutored by Sunforger. The win condition is to control the game through superior card advantage and targeted interaction before winning with an equipped creature, such as Zirda herself.

Restrictions:

No Land Destruction: Do not include any cards whose primary purpose is mass land destruction (e.g., Armageddon).
