"Short answer: it’s a grind-control deck with multiple “inevitability” wins, not a single glass-cannon combo. You choke resources, draw more cards than everyone else, and then close once the table is exhausted. Here are the actual win lines, cleanly broken down. 1. Narset + Wheels = functional lock → win by attrition. Cards involved: Narset, Parter of Veils, Wheel of Fortune / Reforge the Soul / Time Spiral, Teferi’s Puzzle Box (backup). What happens: Opponents are stuck drawing 1 card per turn max. Wheels dump their hands to 0–1 cards. Puzzle Box keeps them hellbent every upkeep. How you win: They stop meaningfully interacting. You bury them under Tithe / Rhystic / One Ring / Connections. Finish with any threat on board (Niv, Sun Titan loops, tokens). This is a soft lock that usually ends games even without a “combo kill.” 2. Blood Artist engine → drain the table out. Cards involved: Blood Artist, Phyrexian Altar, Bloodghast, Sun Titan / Reveillark / Sevinne’s Reclamation. Line: Sac Bloodghast to Altar → drain with Artist. Play a land → Bloodghast comes back. Repeat over multiple turns. Titan/Reveillark/Reclamation rebuy pieces if disrupted. This doesn’t have to be infinite to win — steady drain + control is enough once hands are empty. 3. Eventually opponents are playing topdeck Magic against repeated exile. 4. Niv-Mizzet closes fast once control is established. Cards involved: Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Wheels / Blue Sun’s Zenith / draw engines. Win: Each draw = damage. Wheels chunk the table hard. Blue Sun can outright kill someone once mana is high. He’s not your plan A — he’s your “end this now” button once shields are down. 5. Token pressure + equipment = clean combat finish. Cards involved: Court of Grace, Alela, Artful Provocateur, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Sword of Feast and Famine. Win: Doubling tokens + flyers. Sword untaps lands → keep counters up.
